About Alexia Pittas
Alexia Pittas is a former partner of Stuckey Law Offices in Charleston, South Carolina where she specialized in government defense, domestic litigation, and civil trial work.
She was born in Lynchburg, Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia in 1992. She earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina in 1996.
During law school, Ms. Pittas was a member of the Moot Court Bar, Order of the Barristers, a Research Editor at the ABA Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal, a member of the John Belton O’Neill Inns of Court, a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and she was president of Women in Law.
She has previously served on the Boards of the South Carolina Women Lawyers, Crime Stoppers, Inc., and the 100 Club of South Carolina, Inc.
Ms. Pittas is now on inactive status with the South Carolina Bar and lives in Charleston, South Carolina. She is the owner and operator of Lawyer Rescue, providing legal research, writing, and litigation strategy services to trial lawyers throughout the southeastern United States.
